  • Pre-staging sort and declutter
  • Readying your house for any repair work that may be required
  • Coordinate removal of unwanted items – donations, sellable items, items to storage
  • Recommend and oversee painting, repairs, and any additional sub-trades as needed
  • Work with your Real Estate Agent’s marketing approach to best highlight the house
  • Furniture placement and styling (facilitate rentals when needed)

We’ll provide you with an easy to maintain, tailored system that makes sense for you and promotes logical, efficient work flow.
